....I wouldn't be concerned with face fat, but if you are, I would suggest talking to your doctor about it or look online for some light pregnancy exercises. I have seen people that exercise all through their pregnancy and are fine. Perhaps highering a personal trainer? Or light walking and very light weight lifting? If you do anything, make sure you do it right by getting the supervision of someone who actually knows what they are doing!

Why do some women get so self conscience during pregnancy? You are only seven weeks pregnant and want to lose a little bit of fat from around your face? Get over yourself, I'm not trying to be mean, but you're face is only going to get fatter as you gain weight throughout your pregnancy. Do your unborn child a favor and forget about having a chubby face or getting stretch marks, eat healthy, exercise moderately and let mother nature take it's course, it's really about having a healthy baby, right?

Its not a good idea to try losing weight while you are pregnant, instead why dont you try and tone up instead, I did yoga before during and after I was pregnant and got great results, especially while pregnant, see if there are any classes in your area and tell thrm you are pregnant before starting

Eat healthy and walk! Do not diet ... no matter what.
I had a friend who was on the heavy side when she got pregnant. She started, for the first time in her life, to eat healthy. Nothing buy salads, fruits, etc. And she walked a lot. And she looked great pregnant!
After she had the baby, she weighed less and looked better than before she did.
Eat Healthy - Not Less.

Forget it! Any weight loss should have been done before the pregnancy! Fat on the face can only be reduced by dieting and won't respond to ANY exercise so it really is too late to worry about it! If you've always been that way it won't hurt to wait and if not it's a result of the pregnancy (though it seems early for it to show)Just concentrate on the babies needs now and eat and exercise healthily, Lots of information via web-sites, magazines and health-care proffessionals available!

Don't worry, the puffiness will diminish on its own as you gain weight in other areas. I'm sure you look beautiful, its part of the pregnant glow ! Don't see it as a weight issue. You are pregnant. Eat as normal as possible, and healthy as possible, but don't deny yourself food. I don't know of any actual face exercises. Congratulations !

I would suggest talking to your doctor about this rather than coming online and asking here. NO offense to those who answer but when talking about weight loss and being pregnant I just feel that's best left up to those with medical degrees.

While you're pregnant, worry only about living healthy and being sure your baby will be born healthy.
After you're given birth, you can diet and ramp up the exercise.

Ask for your entrée being served on a bed of greens rather than a bed of pasta or mashed carrots.
