Depending on how trustworthy they are, you might be getting the person you married...on the other hand, if these people are a bunch of horny toads...then you are going to have a lot of sexual activity going around. And let's not get into the having kids part. Poor children...they will be daughter/niece, and son/nephew. So screwed up!!!

One set of couples should just wear red all the time and the other set should stick with blue. That'll help. But why in the world would they be stupid enough to mix each other up? (eww, that didn't sound right)

maybe you've never been around twins before but they're easy to tell apart if you know them.
i had two sets of twins in my class and i could tell them apart every day.
