Power question if i decide to run another battery like a red gel battery along with the factory battery.?

wouldn't i need to get my alt beefed up? or would just a red cap gel do the job? i'm looking to installing 2 diamond d6 subs, and 1000 to 1500 mono amp on them a bass cap and a amp for the highs. So what you u recommend for power thanks.

2. Upgrade to a heavy duty deep cycle battery

Failure to do this will result in you replacing them anyway as the alternator will eventually fail.
