First off. Im the bigger brother. Im 17 years old...and my little brother is 13 years old. He is 6'2'' 240 pounds, and im 5'8'' 140 pounds. Last year at this time he was about the same size, maybe a lil bigger. But this past year he got HUGEE, and not just tall huge. He got really buff. It gets on my nerves so bad cuz he will tease me and when we argue i look up at him, and i cant even play fight him anymore, cuz hes too big. He just overpowers me in anything. People always think hes the big brother, and now he treats me like a little brother. He gets more freedom too, he hangs out with older guys, i mean guys that are my age, but all his friends are tall and buff too. My parents let him drink beer when his friends come over, and they treat me like crap. They will beat me up for fun. He tell me hes the big brother now and threatens to beat me up. Hes done it too. He gave me a black eye, when his friends are over, he will grab me by the arms and hold me down and let his friends beat me.

When I was 11-13 I was under 5ft and my brothers tried to beat me all the time, but I was mean you know what ever is handy, a pipe, chain, etc. It doesn't take long for them to get the message that you are not letting it happen. Between 14-15 I grew ton 5ft 9in still not tall but the same height as my oldest brother and 2in taller than my middle brother, we are the best of friends, just part of growing up.

Men naturally grow faster than women. And automatically thinks that since he is bigger he is the older brother just confront him and say if you want to be the big brother. start acting like one. tell your parents what him and his friends have been doing. I'm sorry your in this situation. because my brother is 19 and i am 13 and he is so much bigger than me because he is tall and i am really petite and he would hit me well i finally got fed up and i told my mom and she said enough was enough and he never hit me again. one time he hit me so hard i passed out what had happened is he hit me against the microwave and i fell on the floor.

Holy Cow! He's 6"2" and 240 at THIRTEEN?!? That's astounding!
"Why", you asked? Well, you have to remember there ARE two different gene pools working here......your moms and your dads. It could be that you got more genes from one side and he got more from the other.
Example: my mom's dad was tall and her mother was short. My mom is short like their mother, and her sister is tall like their father.
It also could be that somebody, a generation or two back on one side or the other was big like that and he inherited it.

first of all hows your black eye?? gosh hes mean.. hes probally outgrowing you because well thats just what men/boys do... hey i used to be the tallest in my class now im like tinny compared to everyone else. so your not the only one..
but um the beating up pary and drinking well dunno bout that. and gosh you have a mean bro.
