need help with I-Tunes?

I need to know how or a program that can convert I-Tunes music to work in windows mediaplayer or windows movie maker PLZ HELP i allso accept links!

Open iTunes, goto >edit > Preferences >Select the Advanced Tab, Click on importing tab. Under import using select mp3 then below that select 192kbps. Hit OK the save the change. Now just select the songs you want converted, then click on > Advanced > Convert to MP3's.
The files will be located in the >my documents > my music > itunes > itunes music > each flolder contains the artist album names.
