Oh hell, let's do some for each:

Religion in general:
1) God made it that way
2) It was designed that way
3) It was God
(Which of course doesn't actually answer anything or give any meaning or purpose to our lives but tries to discourage us from even looking).

Evolution
1) If we evolved from monkeys why are their still chimps?
2) Evolution is a faith
3) Evolution is full of holes
4) Evolution is random chance
5) There's no way something like an eye came about by chance there must be a designer (and the designer is assumed to be Yahweh and not the other thousands of possible gods)
These arguments are all absolutely ignorant and retarded.

Homosexuality:
1) Homosexuality is a choice
2) Who cares if animals do it, that doesn't mean we should!*
3) Marriage is for procreation (so why can infertile people marry?)
*Which totally overlooks the real argument which is simply the evidence of it occurring naturally (genetically) and not being a conscious choice or product of a society.

Abortion
1) The soul is put in at conception
2) Abstinence is the best deterrent of sex (which unfortunately isn't true).

Atheists:
1) Atheists are immoral**
2) Atheists don't believe in anything and don't value life
3) Atheism is a religion and science is based on faith
4) Atheists know there is a god but they deny it.
All of which are totally ridiculous.

**It doesn't matter how many studies, statistics, or straight facts you show them, they still hold to this argument... which is amusing as their morality is never biblically derived (or else they'd stone disobedient children as Jesus commands them).

Though possibly the worst argument I've seen recently is this:
1) You don't believe in god.
2) How do you know what is a god?
3) If you know what a god is, then it must exist because you have defined it.

ok,.... somebody might think of that this is uncalled for yet somebody has to take the different edge of the argument. certainly,... particularly of bashing prepared faith, only seem at what that gadget is attempting to do. the perfect of that gadget is that every person must be advantageous to every person else and we are able to all enhance at the same time to become extra useful human beings. the only problem is in the imlpementation using fact the persons below and governing the gadget are imperfect, hence making the gadget imperfect. this is like this incident that got here approximately in the TATA employer. curiously, JRD Tata needed to construct this production facility, yet there become some regulation that banned it for watever reason. yet his attorneys have been like, "Dont difficulty, we will come across a loophole for you, go forward alongside with your production facility." And JRD's like, "If the Spirit of that regulation says we ought to continuously no longer do it,.... we ought to grasp that." And thats only all i'm attempting to declare. I advise,.... optimistic the church may well be improper in lots of procedures,... yet does that advise that the ideals that it stands for are improper to boot? Are you attempting to declare that we ought to continuously no longer be advantageous to ppl and stuff?? I advise,...if u have a difficulty with prepared faith, then only go your individual way and be a advantageous individual besides!! Dont become an atheist only cuz u wanna boink your cousin and the church says you cant or something (not sure if the church disallows marrying your cousin, yet u get the element) Yea,... thats approximately it. that proof of fact has been proven wrong.

When it comes to christianity, to prove the Trinity correct they have to make up an imaginary God that does not exist yet if a true christian listens to both the mormons and the jehova witnesses their argument can be overwhelmingly overturned and proven false. Trinitarians have imagined what God is, NOT Who he is?
according to parley p pratt God is a Person of Passions body parts and life existence. Jesus was resurrected and appeared unto his disciples first as a body of flesh and bone and several times and ate fish with them. in the book of mormon Jesus appeared to over 2500 people and Holy angels appeared with him. OH wait, that almost describes the second coming, no it cant be!

I tend to deliberately forget the really bad ones. However, I would say the kind of argument that just accuses creationists of being ignorant, or evolutionists of being diabolical and on their way to hell. No argument there on either side. Nobody learns anything, just name calling.
