Tape the "F8" key a few times when you first turn on your computer, when the Windows Boot Menu comes up choose "Last Known Good Configuration" wait while your computer works, it will then reboot and everything should hopefully be back to normal.

I had the same problem. All i did was go for a system restore at a date a few months previous. You may loose a few bits and peices but the problem was solved.
Hold down the f7 key when its starting to boot untill the menu appears and go through the system restore option. Its all self explanatory from there on.
good luck!
