It's my friends 40th birthday and I would like to buy them a meal out as way of gift, they live in Liscard, any ideas for a restaurant I can buy vouchers from instead of giving them money?

I live in the Wirral.
I can't think of any real nice restaurants in Liscard or Wallasey but not far away is New Brighton i used to live there it is nice, & easy to get to - will only cost about £5 from Liscard in a taxi
