Bad breath is caused often because you haven't brushed and flossed well .If you don't keep teeth and gums free of the bacterial buildup, they'll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth. A few seeds of cardamon chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad breath. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. Seriously, try getting a colon cleansing. A lot of people with bad breath and bad skin say colon cleansing helps that problem out. BTW, there are also special gums you can chew all day long to continually clean the mouth. You also might want to try chewing on a small slice of ginger.
Peace

If you still have your tonsils check behind them.Food and particles can get behind there and if you don't keep it clean it stinks like you know what. You have to get agood gag reflex, and take a c-tip and pull them back and check, if there is white stuff back there ,drag that mess out with the cu-tip. I check routinely and if I get the slightest bad taste in my mouth I know to check behind my tonsils. May suond crazy but it is true. I do it as my regular cleaning. I have a thing about clean teeth and clean breathe.Major Altoid user also, clears sinuses too!

If you're out to eat, grab a lemon wedge and suck on it. It will take away bad breath for about an hour and a half.

I suggest you go to your dentist. You might have cavities in your teeth that you might not have noticed, or infections within the mouth, or gum disease. These usually causes bad breath. The dentist will either treat you by giving you tooth fillings,or treat your gum disease or give you advises on proper oral hygiene.

When is the last time you went to the dentist? If you have bleeding while brushing, you should schedule an appointment.
