Cats tend to be picky. Maybe first try getting some kitten canned food and mix it with some milk formula that you will find at the pet store. Don't give too much. This is not human milk, it is especially for kittens.
You will need to stop giving her human food or it will make her more finicky.

try mixing it, u know she eats people food, take the people food (just a little) put it in with the kitten food mix it up real good so it has the smell of people food. This may work
you can also do this for the can food mix it with dry.
Try mixing the dry with some substitute cat milk (sold at pet shop) until she gets the feel for the dry food.
Also chop it up more too, the pieces may still be too big if she is a tiny kitty.

I got my kittens to start eating dry food by moistening it with kitten formula, nuking it in the microwave till it was goohy, then let it cool. The kittens love it. Gradually, put in less and less formula until she's just eating the kitten food. Don't feed any people food, it's not healthy for them, and like someone else said, if they know they'll get people food, theres no way they're gonna go for yucky old cat food.
My kitten had the problem of eating my older cat's food, but wouldn't eat her kitten food. Then, of course, the two old cats wanted the kitten food, which is not good for old cats. It was very annoying.

You are providing her excellent brands of food. You may have to ask the people who you adopted her from what they fed her. Then possibly mix what they fed her with your dry food. Then keep cutting on a gradual manner how much you mix in. Possibly this way you can wean her off of it. The only other way I can think of is to just tough it out and basically say " when you're hungry you will eat what I have". I would rather do the weaning if it would work.

Try wetting the dry food or giving her a little bit of warm milk. No people food until she is bigger. She will eventually eat she is playing a game with you like kids do. She wants what she wants but will eat just leave her the options you have and she will get used to it.

It is possible at that age that she is not ready to eat kitten food but wants milk. Try putting some milk into the wet food and mashing it up together, then see what happens. Or, if you say she is really eating people food, it could be she's just being finicky. Don't give her people food for a while, then see what happens.

Make sure she has been dewormed 2-3 times. I had a cat that did the same thing because she had worms. Also, try not to let her eat table food. If she is still not eating and not drinking much, take her to a vet. Cats can get dehydrated very easily.

We have had a couple litters of kittens in my house. We gave them 9Lives kitten food and they really like that. The larger cats also liked it. Their were many times that we found the kittens in the adult cat food too. Try another brand and make sure the kitten is comfortable to eat where his/her food is! Sometimes cats are apprehensive about new places.

The dry food might be a little too hard for her, so you could try softening it up with water or "Cat Milk" (milk specially made for cats so they dont get diarrhea). Also, stop feeding her people food. If she knows you will give her what she wants, she's not going to reconcile herself to eating the cat food.

was she on the street? maybe she got used to eat people's food and now it will take some time and patience.
Start by giving her canned food. Let it stay there if she doesn't eat... She will eventually be hungry and eat it.
After that start mixing canned with dry and soon she will be eating only dry.
