King size pillowtop sleep number: $1, 775
Queen: $1,299
Queen Pillowtop: $1,260
Full Pillowtop: $1,190
All ballpark figures..depends on which sleep number dealer you go to. And those prices are off the internet. Sometimes prices are cheaper off the internet. You can check out the site I used:

They cost anywhere from a thousand to several thousand dollars depending on the size and model. For a queen 7000 series bed expect to pay about $2200 or so. Just be aware that it is an adjustment going from a spring bed to a sleep number bed. Because of the foam top, you can get overheated. It took me over a year to get used to it. It is very comfortable though. I know several people who have them and all have had the overheating problem (seems to mainly be an issue with women). The manufacturer suggests to unzip the pillowtop and that does seem to help let some of the heat escape. I do recommend the bed, but they are pretty expensive.

Yes they are very expensive - I looked at one and the queen size was like 3000.00 dollars. I bought a foam mattress instead ( like a temperpedic) only the generic brand
