say i am trying to gain wieght, and for the past 3 days i have been eating more calories than i need....
how long will it take before i see them?

should gain at least 2 lb a week. watch the movie supersize me about the dude that goes on a mcdonalds diet.

it shouldn't take to long. what are you eating? are you eating healthy calories or just plain old fatting foods? try drinking protein shakes. they are good if you make them in a blender. use the vanilla kind. mix it with fruit ice and milk. you will definitely put on the pounds that way and you will see results in like a month.

If your are on a green vegetable diet, you tend to lose weight, but it is more healthy to eat. If you want to gain weight you can eat, fries, potatoes, rice, breads, and other starches.

ill tell you what , its been a little over a month that ive been eating more than i need and id say it was a week or so ago when i first started noticing that i really am FAT. so hopefully it wont take you any longer than that and remember " fats where its at !!!!"
