Does taking vitamin E capsules orally help with dark scars on your skin......?

such as stretch marks etc.

no - break them open and rub the lotion on your skin

No. I tried that for several months with no results. I bought vitamin E oil in a bottle and apply that everyday and my scars and stretch marks have faded considerably.

This really hasn't helped me at all, though I think it may be having beneficial effects on my cholestrol levels
