Looking for a really good stylist that is not too expensive to highlight my hair in Oklahoma City. Any ideas?

A friend of mine does my hair and she does a really amazing job and has reasonable prices. She is young so she is aware of what is fashionable as well, and what styles appeal to different ages. I would check her out at the JC Penney salon. Her name is Amanda Riley

Another good stylist is named Susie and she works at Carmichaels (793-1611) in Moore. That is probably going to be on the pricey side but she does a really great job.
