I recently went to a hair salon and had my hair bleached before they dyed it pink. Since my hair is naturally black. I was wondering, after the color fades out, will my hair underneath still be bleached??

Tecnically yea your hair would still be blonde. physically it would not be. Your hair will continue to have apinkish look to it or maybe even an orange look. the hardest colors to remove from hair is red and since pink is derived from red then you would still have red or orange tones in you hair. considering you naturally have black hair the red and orange tones will more than likely stay in your hair.

Si senorita. Only your roots will remain black after your "pink" color fades away. Also consider your pink color turning into something lighter or a different color if it does not fade away evenly.

yes it will, bleached hair stays bleached. Your black hair will start to grow out, and the bleach will be gone when you cut it.

the bleach will only be gone if your hair has had the chance to grow out or you change the color again.
