Why Do Pretty Girls Get Really Stupid When They Are Rejected?

Okay basically there is a girl at work that I like alot, she has a pretty face, and nice body, atleast an 8. This girl is used to getting just about any guy she wants. Her family is also fairly wealthy and she usually gets what she wants. That being said, she tried to get with me on a few occassions but i didn't give in to temptation because of past problems with coworker relationships. Now she has a boyfriend at work, and goes out of her way to throw it in my face every opportunity she gets. I have feelings for her and it bothers me when she does this. What's her deal?
