Right now there is no conclusive evidence that tells whether or not he is/was real. At this point in time, people only go by faith and what they were taught to believe so some people may believe he is real while others may not.

There were many gods, and there are still, but there is only one true God, who is real, as revealed in the knowledge of the word.

Why do people think He is not? Is it because they havent seen him? Because to believe would require faith and realize that we dont have all the answers?
Is Abraham Lincoln real? I've never seen him. I've read books about him, but they could actually be some fictional tale that somone made up.
hmmmmm.... there's a parallel here....

It is possible, but there is no evidence to support such a theory. It is possible to prove that the existence of god is unproveable, and that any theory of god is useless.

How can anything be real?
Seriously? If you're not defining real you're making it a subjective question.
hell, if you're not defining god you're making it subjective.

I don't know. What's real to you is not real to me.

Should the question not be ' Just because I think, does that mean that the rest of the universe exists?'

Now this is a can of worms...by believing he is I guess.
But I really believed I would win last nights powerball jackpot..and alas nothing came of it.
Chalk it up to: if you want him to be real, he is.

It is fair to say that a god is so improbable that it cannot conceivably exist.
