I was reading on a fitness website that cardio and strength training shouln't be done on the same day. It doesn't make sence to me, and on my days off I like to do both.

I have always done both. I have no idea, unless after you run, you can't lift as much because your energy is lower?

I hope it is not bad for you because I have done it for years.

I read the same thing you just read and while doing a little more research I just read on another website it says to do cardio before you get in the gym to get the blood flowing to your muscles. I guess its just depends who you talk to or your preference. If you do it in the same day and its working, you must be doing it right. I wouldn't change unless it stops working. Not many people can spend 6 days in the gym to do both on opposite days. So, do what works best for you.

it doesn't make sense to me either. I always do cardio and strength training on the same day. Every day, actually. But I have read that doing weights first, and cardio second is best.
