there's this guy who i like so much accept there's one problem he is on house arrest. and the only time i see him is at his work or talk to him rarely on the computer. i also have his number but im to scared to call because i got it from his freinds page when he left it as a comment and he's gonna say how'd you get my number? but yea should i just wait till he gets off house arrest and call him and ask him if he wants to kik it or what??

Unless The house arrest is serious I would try doing something spontaneous and noisy so that he has to look out a window and notice you.
On the other hand... guys really don't care that much how girls get their number.

Call him and if he asks how you got the number, tell him "good things are worth working for". People under house arrest are allowed to have visitors, you could always go knocking on his door.
