I try to take a long hot bubble bath and go all out --if I've had a stressful day--and light candles and turn on soft music while in the bathtub. There is an amazing and fantastic website at lime.com/meditation_room. with a forest room, zen room, water room, space room, winter room, and a floral room and each room last around 20 minutes --well worth your time to de-stress and relax (and has audio sounds like the forest room has birds chirping and bees buzzing)

If its been a long stressful day usually lay down and watch crappy TV.. nothing that is not going to make me think or anything like that.

If i am feeling particularly stressed i put on a good scary movie. The seems to always work for me

I shower, wrap myself in my favorite blanket and lay down on the couch to watch TV.
