If those who are ignorant aren't sinners in the eyes of God, then why do you insist on informing them? Is this really, honestly an act of love, or are you just doing it because someone did it to you, and you're POed? Either way, it's not very nice of you. Spare me your hibbityjibbity about the glory of the crown of thorns. Bottom line= they were safe, now they may have to go to Hell. What do you have to say for yourselves?

We, as Christians are to tell the Good News of the Gospel, not condemn people. People condemn themselves when they refuse to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. There are two kinds of people: sinners and sinners saved by Grace. It's an individual choice. If you refuse to turn to God and be forgiven, you choose to send yourself to Hell. God doesn't want you to go there; that's why Jesus came--to save you. It's very easy to be saved. Just confess that you are a sinner who needs God's grace and forgiveness. The only thing to stop you is your pride.

the ignorant are still sinners. "all have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God". really, anyone who's ever heard about any higher power is no longer innocent. Besides, people have believed in a higher power from day one and have continued to create and resurrect new theories, whether they previously knew about God or not. The law only applies to those who are under it, and guess what? all human beings are subject to the law of sin and death. even if you didn't know it was wrong, you'd still be sent to jail for murder, right?
bringing condemnation, or potential salvation?

What???
"for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"
Romans 3:23
"All who rely on observing the law are under a curse, for it is written: 'Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.'"
Galatians 3:10
Anyone who dies without ever having heard of Jesus-Christ will perish and burn in hell forever! It is atrocious, we must spread the gospel.

I know that some have taught that, but it is clearly false... See Matthew 28:18ff
Mt 28:18 Then Jesus came to them. He said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Mt 28:19 So you must go and make disciples of all nations. Baptize them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
Mt 28:20 Teach them to obey everything I have commanded you. And you can be sure that I am always with you, to the very end.”

We are commanded to Share the Gospel, not tell others that they are sinners and that they will burn in hell. When you do wrong you just know. A persons salvation is their own business between them and God.
Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation.

We were told to go into the hiways and biways and try to get people to come to the marriage....which is Jesus.....People are supposed to spread God's word throughout the world......another scripture states that my people perish for lack of knowledge....
So as christians we are so supposed spread the word about Jesus.

Those who are are truly ignorant to the point that they are not held accountable (infants, the severely retarded, etc), will not understand the Word to anyway and will remain ignorant.
Those who were enlightened enough to understand the Word and realize their sin were not ignorant to begin with.
Don't confuse ignorance with apathy.

Man, you gotta do better than that.
We don't damn anyone by telling them about Christ. John 3:18 says "he who believes not stands condemned already". They are already condemned because of sin whether we tell them or not. People go to hell because of their sins, not because they don't know Jesus.
And since you seem to care so much about the lost and now you know they will go to hell because of their sin, you should go out and warn them.

NOBODY started out safe. ALL have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. Just because we warn you that the bridge is out ahead is no reason to get angry with the messenger.
