The Naval Academy commissions both Navy and Marine officers.
Marine Corps University is something different...not a service academy, which is what I think this person was looking for.

The Marine Corps is a branch of the Navy. Cadets graduating from Annapolis have a choice of services, the Navy or the Marine Corps. They are all paid from the same accounting office, so except for training, job description, and uniform, they are all part of the Navy.
