I got a Vauxhall Corsa 53. Is it possible to change the LED bulb on the dash board where the rev counter is and how would I change it if it is possible. Thanks

I own a shop, and can tell you this can be done, but it is much easier to just replace the complete board. An LED is very hard to get out of a board once it is put in. It takes a heating iron, and a form of compressed air to blow away the solder once it is heated. They make a bulb type tool made for blowing the melted solder away. I'm not sure you can purchase just the LED by itself, so I think replacing the whole board is the way to go.
Glad to help out, Good Luck!!!

in the starting up, why do you should replace it? The dealership may nicely be the superb position to flow to have them replace it. L.E.D. lights furniture on the prompt at the prompt are not some thing the typical Joe needs to particularly be taking section in round with. in case you get the incorrect voltage and watts and length, you've truly some complications, to no longer communicate about some blown fuses at the same time as ignition time comes! Did I ignore about to point the melted sprint housing too?

First of all, why do you need to change it? The dealership would be the best place to go to have them replace it. L.E.D. lights are NOT something the average Joe wants to really be playing around with. If you get the wrong voltage and watts and length, you will have quite a few problems, not to mention a few blown fuses when ignition time comes! Did I forget to mention the melted dash housing too?

Yes its definitely possible. I did it recently. I would recommend using a Stanley Antivibe 20" hammer. Hit the dashboard hard 4 or 5 times. It should break easily and give you access to the LED bulb. Then use a small philips screwdriver to smash the bulb itself. Purchase some birthday cake candles from Tescos or even your local Spar. Stick one in the hole left by the screwdriver and put the spares in the glove box for easy access when it runs out and needs replaced again.
