As a sufferer of Eczema, I use a cream called Rex Eme cream. I do not know if you can get it in the UK but it is only found here in a drug store called Doc's pharmacy. U can check the net for this product and order it though. Also, in the summertime, a natural remedy is soft mud baths and oatmeal baths and soaps. If you have ever heard of Aveeno, it is an oatmeal based line of skin conditioners that work wonders for your skin all year round.

i've not had a flare up since i put mud on my spots where the eczema was. I've not had any patches nothing, nil, just a bald spot where it use to be. i had it on my feet, elbows and at the base of my spine. I've never had to worry again since the mud and that has been over 20 years. i remember seeing this doctor when i was younger and he told my mother to put me in the mud in the summer, which she did and it worked. hope this works for you too. good luck and wish you well. kat
