Molto means "alot". graize means "thanks".... per means "for" thats the best i can do... sorry.

It was obviously sent to you by someone who does not know Italian; it is totally incorrect. Most likely the person tried to use an online translator, like the people above who answered your question, and it came out completely mangled. Any Italian speaker can tell you that it has to be "Molte grazie" ("Many thanks") and "per fatto buono" ("for good fact"), and that doesn't male much sense. Apparently he/she was aiming for something like thanks for a good act, or for doing something good. All this brings up the question of why people who have no clue about foreign languages insist on answering questions about them. You people are STUPID!

It's not a great translation, I would need the context.
Basically it's a big thanks for something you did for someone.
