Definitely -- although my debt is in student loans and not credit cards, it's amazing (and usurious) how much money these companies make from "late fees." I get the feeling they'd rather you pay late than on time!!!! This is one of those rare occasions when, as a conservative, the libs and I agree: Who can't be against usurious interest rates, and who can't be for financial responsibility and living within your means?

Can't wait to see the movie!

Yes, Americans are getting into mroe and more debt and thus more and more trouble. Credit cards and predatory lending take advantage of naivete and ignorance.

However I've heard the movie never lays any blame on the people who went out and financed the plasma tvs, remodeled using loans, etc. So you have to remember that its their own damn fault!
