i have been on a new diet no pills just brand flakes and green tea and cranberry juice i have been exercising but even when not exercising i feel hot and sweet i am very over weight and was wondering if maybe my body is working like if i had on to much clothing please HELP.

No it should not. As you exercise and loose weight, you are shedding heat-producing body mass. So the smaller you are, the less heat you produce. Also, if you are engaging in a lot of cardio exercise, the improved blood flow should cool your system, as excess heat is rapidly transported out of your body.

One thing I do to get cool again is to drink LOTS of cool/cold water. Sometimes, if I drink enough, I'll actually start to shiver (although it takes at least 80 ounces in a relatively short period of time).

If thats all your eating then you mihgt lose weight but is's gonna come back

Dieting shouldn't make you sweat more than usualy though.
It is becoming Spring maybe its just hotter.

No, maybe you just have a problem with sweating too much and because you say you are really overweight, maybe you're just overheating due to your excess in body fat.
