I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. you have to find what works for you. DO NOT jump on the diet band wagon, listen to your body, eat smaller portions, drink more water and do at least 30 min workout a day, swimming is a great workout, now that it is getting hot. Try to fit in more fruits and veggies, and you will loss the weight, do not jump on any diet fads, it may NOT be designed for your body, and in the long run it might hurt you.

You should try the "Carbohydrate Addict's Diet" Its great!!! There are so many low carb food-Chicken, Steak, Hamburger, bacon, eggs, sausage and pretty much all salad dressings! Also, you get a reward meal every night so if you have cravings you can still eat those. Its a real simple diet. Google it or email me for questions. I have been on it 2 weeks and have lost 6 pounds!!!!

you have to find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how much you need to lose weight the healthy way.
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruits and veggies a day
portion control - 5-6small meals a day instead of 3 big ones
cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
