You can use filters to do that in most photo editing programs, there is an option for drawing or charcoal, etc....If you use Photoshop it is a filter I would suggest Photofiltre, it is kinda like photoshop, as with its filters...

IF you want to purchase another program i would look suggest illustrator too. The image you see in that website was most likely created using it. Or at least pencil drawn then loaded into illustrator to be manipulated. Photo shop wont have a plugin to help create the look you are going for. I would find a friend that has some drawing talent and ask them to draw you. Then scan that into photoshop and then you can add color and things to make the image you want.

An easy way is to take a picture of yourself and bring it into Illustrator CS2 and "live trace" it. That automatically makes that image a vector image that you can then further manipulate to make it "cartoonish". If you don't know what i'm talking about, visit www.Adobe.com and look at Illustrator CS2. If you want to do this the traditional way just draw yourself from the picture and exaggerate different areas. Hope that helps. :)

hey Occulty, i seen you at present. We had a pizza presented at my workplace and the pizza guy replaced into truly warm. Like truly truly warm! and that i began to have this delusion of him following me in to the elevator and preventing it between flooring. i'd bend over and practice him that i'm no longer donning any panties below my skirt and he may drop his little pizza thermos thingy on the floor and grab me by ability of the hips, thrust me up adverse to the wall...mmm,,, This in undemanding words made me imagine of you because until eventually at present at the same time as i seen pizza shipping boys I always pictured them being greasy and snaggletoothed like you're. yet i guess i replaced into shown incorrect at present. besides...I even do not have any clue what your question replaced into so i guess my answer is...do not get cornrows.
