I can't see the difference, can you see the difference? Aren't they synonymous?

Religion = many members
Cults = few members
Mythology = lacking members

Don't know why there is not a cult section it would be about a funny as this one I think.

Yes and no... the way I distinguish between religion and mythology is by asking if a belief system is commonly practiced today. So while Zeus and Hera where part of the religious structure of Greece a couple thousand years ago, they are widely considered to be mythology today.

Folklore and spirituality I think are a little more obvious.

Yes, they are synonymous, but many choose to believe myth and folklore as truth of their religion.
I guess it's a matter of personal choice and Yahoo doesn't want to offend.

yup. Same thing. You see, some members of religion think "myth" means not true.

Just wait until the next time I mention Greek and Abrahamic mythology in the same sentence and see the nasty people.

I would have thought it was "stuff people who believe" vs. "stuff people don't believe anymore" -- sort of anthropological, as it were.
