Well I was wondering if anyone knew what this might be. I'm going to the Dr's to see about it, but I wanted to have some kind of idea first.

I seem to have a fair amount of dizzy spells, especially at the time of the month or after I've had a nosebleed and normally it wouldn't bother me, but it tends to go on for a while, usually getting worse as the day goes on, but doesn't affect me at all when I've woken up and for a few hours afterwards.

It makes me feel lethargic most of the time too.

Any ideas?

Could be high blood pressure,or overactive thyroid or maybe even poor diet?

You're probably anemic like everyone else has said. I was having dizzy spells and lethargy for a while too, because I was both anemic and my phosphorous was low. Since I've been taking iron and phosphorous supplements, everything has improved, but obviously you want to talk to your doctor before taking those.

,you are probably a little bit anaemic, therefore loosing blood as you do will leave you dizzy. by going to sleep you will have given your body chance to make the blood back up...it may be something different altogether like a complaint off the inner ear like vertigo..anyway all the best, your gp will sort you out...............................

could be due to many things....one of them could be that you have a bout of anaemia. go to your doc, talk about the possibilty and have a blood test to confirm. he'd give u iron supplements. good luck
