i asked out this girl once i really did like her.. but she said no though in a nice way.. and i think i know why she said NO because i was to shy!!! obviously no girl likes a shy guy when they ask someone out... and shes trying to get in conversations with me and being well polite towards me...just need something to build my confidence,anything!

Do your homework about this girl, find out what she likes to do, hobbies, travel etc. Then the next time you talk to her, ask her about those things. Remember, people like to talk about themselves,,so let her do the talking until you warm-up around her.
Another idea is to write a list of things you can talk about with her. Study it beforehand,,then the next time you see her you will have a bunch of things to talk about. It worked for me. :)
