They're all the same...but Smart Ones is cheaper!

Lean Cusine has no preservatives and they market that aggressively, but I think all the "healthy" brands are moving towards that. Healthy Choice is the worst health and taste-wise, I would stick with Smart Ones. Those are good and healthy and generally lower-calorie than the Lean Cuisines. I lost a ton of weight having a Smart One for dinner every night for a month.

I would say healthy choice. There is more food for the same amount of calories that are in the cheaper ones. They also taste great, which is a lot more satisfying then ones that taste like soggy card board. Smart ones are really good too, but a little less food per package.

Healthy Choice meals usually have less sodium in it, which is just as unhealthy as too many calories (sodium makes you retain water, which makes you bloated).

However, as long as you just eat one of these meals a day, it shouldn't kill you. But when I'm in a time crunch, I will make a huge stir fry with healthy veggies and some lean chicken, and reheat it throughout the week for lunch or dinner. It's just as convenient as a frozen diet meal, but more flavorful and most likely more healthy.

Lean Cuisine...Caf'e Classics or Dinner Time Selections. The LC Panini's are awesome...especially the beef and cheddar.

They're all crap, but if I had to choose, I'd say Healthy Choice. All you have to do is check the label, or better yet, save money and make your own, healthy food that you can control the contents of, ahead of time, and reheat throughout the week.

None of them. They are all full of sodium. You are better off eating fresh veggies and fruits or cooking your own meals with fresh ingredients. It really is not hard and can be fun. Rachael Ray is right when she says you can make a healthy meal in 30 minutes with fresh ingredients that is healthy for you. Try it!
