Oh, dear, the right way to make ribs is never a "quick" way. BBQ is an art form, take it from a Missouri girl.
The ribs are a tough area of meat, and if you don't cook them slow they might very well end up being the toughest most gristley thing you ever put in your mouth. But cook it slow, with plenty of moist heat and lots of flavor and you'll have fall-off-the-bone tender ribs that will leave your mouth watering Pavlov style at the sight of a grill for months to come.
Sauce:
32 ounces ketchup
16 ounces water
6 ounces brown sugar
6 ounces white sugar
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dry mustard powder
2 ounces lemon juice
2 ounces Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces apple cider vinegar
2 ounces light corn syrup
3 to 4 pounds spare ribs
2 ounces Slap Ya Mama, or your fav Cajun seasoning mix
Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a stockpot or large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Reduce temperature to low and simmer, uncovered, for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, trim the spare ribs, removing the upper brisket bone and any excess fat; this will produce a St. Louis-style rib. Rinse the ribs and season with the cajun seasoning, and then cover and refrigerate for 4 to 12 hours.
Indirect cooking in a barbecue pit is recommended to prevent burning. Cook at 250 degrees F (curled side of ribs facing up) for the first 3 hours, and then increase the temperature to 300 degrees F for the final 3 hours. Baste the ribs only during the last 30 minutes of cooking to prevent sauce from burning.

Beef ribs and pork ribs don't take to being cooked quickly but the fastest way with the best results would be...
Sprinkle the ribs with your favorite seasonings or use pepper, garlic, paprika, onion salt, celery salt, cayenne pepper.
Put the seasoned ribs into a roasting pan or any pan large enough to hold them.
Add enough water to almost half-way cover the ribs.
Cover the pan tightly, a lid or aluminum foil.
Put in the over at 375 for three hours.
Depending on the size and amount of ribs it make take longer. At 3 hours check them, is the meat tender, if not put back in over for another hour. When the meat is tender, remove the ribs from the pan cover with BBQ sauce (if you like) and eat.

For me, the easiest isn't the quickest. I put the ribs in a crock pot with a lot of barbeque sauce (the sauce you pick makes or breaks the flavor of the ribs) and cook on low for a long period of time, at least 8 hours. They are tender and fall off the bone.

Braising ribs is simple. Try this recipe
4 rib bones of beef short ribs
2 small yellow onions, chopped in chunks
5 cloves of garlic, each halved
3 Roma tomatoes, chunked
Salt / pepper
1 tsp Thyme
2 cups red wine
Stock to cover and to deglaze
Directions
Sear the ribs in a dutch oven over high heat. Add the the other ingredients, bring to a boil, cover, remove from burner and put the pot in a oven preheated to 325. Bake for 3 hours.
When they're done, transfer the ribs to the preheated skillet, turn heat off & cover. Transfer the pan juices and solids to a sieve suspended over a saucepan. Press all the juices out of the solids. Deglaze the dutch oven with stock. Skim the fat off the pan juices, add the deglazing liquid and allow this to reduce over medium-high heat until you have the consistency and amount you want. Taste and season accordingly.

Preheat oven to 350. Place beef ribs in a baking dish and pour enough beef broth to fill 1/2 inch in bottom of the dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 30 minutes. Decrease oven temp to 300, cover the dish with foil, and cook for 3 hours.

Spirish has the way to do them, I'd go for her recipe. Sounds correct to me. If not that, then use a cooking bag. You can season the ribs up and pour the sauce in there and bake them in the oven until they are tender and falling off the bone.

My wife beats them up in the pressure cooker, then bakes them in sauce. Cover the cookie sheet with foil, or buy a throwaway one, then easy to clean, too.
