They may want to hide/blend in grey hairs. They want to try a change from their own colour. They may not like their own hair colour. They want want to experiment with different colours.

1) to change their nnatural color because they don't like it.
2) Young Teenages do it alot because they want to shock parents friends or peers. (IE Pink, Green , Blues )
3) Cover Grey (biggest reason from my experence)
4) Because they can.
5) to make people ask them "Why did you color your hair? It was such a lovely color before.

if they have white hair they dont wanna show it... so they colour it
