I sent in all of my w-2s in with my federal return(oops!), but I have photocopies. Should I have my w-2s reissued, or are copies accepted. I live in Missouri, and they have not responded to my inquiries.

Thanks
Steve

I've filed with photocopies several times (including in MO) and never had a problem. As long as the numbers match up when they compare the employer's copy to yours you'll be fine.

photocopies are fine. there are even some states that don't require you to attach your W-2s in certain circumstances.

Just to be on the safe side - contact your employer and ask them for another set of originals.
