Clarin's Paris has an oily type of body oil that helps to make them fade quicker, and prevents them from coming if you use during pregnancy. I didn't have it in time to prevent, but it did really help with fading. I wish I remembered the name, but it was a clear bottle, it looked just like cooking oil b/c of the color. Sounds weird, I know but it worked really good and it was about $30 for the bottle. It lasts a long time though.
If you went to Clarin's, i'm sure they would know what I'm taling about!

Nothing will get rid of stretch marks, especially cocoa butter...I have tried it all!! But Mary Kay came out with a Cellu-Shape Contouring System and it works great to smooth the stretch marks and make them less visible...

They will gradually fade over time, but if they are bothering you then see a dermatologist.
If you are not breastfeeding they can give you Retin-A cream which has been proven to reduce stretch marks length and width.
Or you can look into the laser therapy. Depending on the color of your stretch marks will depends on which type of laser they use. See one type of laser will reduce the color while a different one will stimulate the pigment-making cells in your skin for the already faded ones.
But these options are normally not covered by health insurances and they can get kinda pricey.
Good luck!

Well unfortunately the best way to not having stretch marks is by PREVENTING them through applying Tons and TONS of lotion during pregnancy not after. All the products in the market are really expensive and have really disappointing results and the only 2 solutions are
1. by "cosmetic" procedures so consult a dermatologist or
2. you can always have a suntan which conceals your stretch marks by "colouring" them.

cocoa butter...and lots of it. Massage into stretch marks. The more consistent you are with it, the faster they'll disappear.
