I think it just depends....I think some guys would be able to get away with it. And what is up with people in here not READING the question fully before answering it. Like the person above me said "A GUY ASKED THE QUESTION, NOT A GIRL".

To be honest it depends on the women in my opinion I think women should wear what they want as long as it suits them. If she is thin it would look fab xx

hell no if u dresses to young it makes u look older try and dress ur age but not to old a nice top which covers ur belly will look cute
