Cranberries are good for a number of reasons. The most commonly know reason is urinary tract health, but there are a lot more. Check out this website www.cranberryinstitute.org/healthresearch.htm I actually do not care much for the taste of cranberries, but there are cranberry pills out there that you can take if you are like me. I use to get a lot of urinary tract infections in my early 20's and I took the pills a lot. They seemed to help. They also have a lot of antioxidants in them. I hope this helps! Stay healthy and take care!
