I have a position tonight as a shot girl and we have to wear belly tops. I usually go to the gym and work on my stomach but I have been slacking. My stomach is flat.. but I have a little bulge that I do not want others to see. I was wondering if there was any way I could decrease its size for tonight. Let me know!

yeah its called body airbrushing. It gives the illusion of abdominal pecs. Or you can buy a bronzing powder ( or darker blush) and try to sculpt abs using a brush. You don't want to go to dark because that will totally look so fake. Also drink green tea or chamomile tea, that will act as a diuretic making you pee and getting rid of the bloating.

Drink tons of water. The more water you drink, the less bloated you will look and feel. Don't eat salt for the rest of the day because it will take away from the water you drink.

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

NO SALTY FOODS!!!! Cleanse your body with water. Three hours before do a lot of abwork. Then it will be tight!
