anyone know how to cast out any spirit in a natural way?

For a christian believer, I have heard that is essential to:
1) confess all your sin to God, receiving forgiveness by faith
2) forgive all people who have sinned against you
3) Read passages about deliverance in gospels, so you have faith that you have the right to cast them out
4) Verbally rebuke them and cast them out in Jesus' name
However, you should to read some books and check with your pastor and church to get guidance.
ADDITION:
I've listened to Neil Anderson online. His books "Bondage Breaker" etcetera are excellent for self-deliverance.
