if you are referring to a baseball glove, put a baseball in the mitt and put it in between your mattress. once you find the right glove don't buy a new one.you want one that has been used so it is easy to use and moves well with your hand.

A good golf glove typically doesn't need to be broken in. Most are made of soft cabretta leather and and be taken from the package and used immediately.

Put it on and use it. If you're talking about a golf glove, it should be soft enough that it doesn't need to a break in.

Wear it seems a reasonable answer; but if your playing an important game then, maybe ,it would be better to use it to hit a few hundred shots on the driving range first.

It really shouldn't need to be broken it. You might need to buy a different size or style if it does feel right.
