I have 2 recipes-1 easy and 1 that is a little more difficult.
1st FUDGE PIE
1c sugar 1/4c flour(I use self-rising) 1/4c cocoa
2 eggs 1 stick butter 1tsp vanilla
1 regular pie shell-not deep dish
Melt butter and whip eggs. Add other ingredients and put into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
2nd CHOCOLATE PIE
1 1/2c sugar 4T flour 3T cocoa 3 egg yolks 1 1/2c milk
Mix flour, sugar, and cocoa. Beat eggs, add milk. Mix into dry ingredients. Cook over low heat. Pour into a baked pie shell. Chill 2-3 hours before serving. Top with Meringue
MERINGUE
4 egg whites 1/4t cream of tartar 6T sugar 1/2t vanilla
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy. Beat in sugar 1T at a time. Continue beating until stiff and glossy. Do not underbeat. Beat in vanilla. Put on top of cooled pie-bake at 400F for 10 minutes or until "delicately browned"
I hope you will try them. The first one is just as simple as it gets. Good luck!!!!!!

Top this yummy chocolate pie with whipped cream or whipped topping.
INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 cup water, divided
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
baked pie crust or purchased crumb crust, 9-inch
PREPARATION:
Mix cocoa and flour in top of a double boiler over hot water and whisk in about half of the 1 cup of water, just enough to make a smooth paste. Blend in the sugar and the beaten egg yolks and add remaining water and milk.
Cook over low until the mixture is thick; add butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie crust. Top with whipped cream or whipped topping, or use the egg whites to make a meringue. Chill thoroughly
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE
1 pkg. chocolate wafer crumbs (2 c.)
5 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
FILLING:
1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
2 c. whipping cream
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
4 egg whites
2 c. whipping cream
Powdered sugar
CRUST: Combine crumbs and butter. Press on bottom and half up sides of 10 inch springform pan. Chill.
FILLING: Soften chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water. Let cool to lukewarm. Add whole eggs and mix. Add yolks and mix until thoroughly blended. Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold cream and whites into chocolate mixture until completely incorporated. Pour into crust and chill 6 hours or overnight. Whip remaining 2 cups cream with sugar to taste until stiff.
Loosen crust on all sides using sharp knife; remove springform. Spread all but about 1/2 cup cream over top of mousse. Pipe remaining cream into rosettes in center of pie. Sprinkle with grated semi-sweet chocolate.
