I need ideas for wedding favors. My colors are brown and reddish-orange.

Well, you can pretty much do anything you want...candies, candles, whatever. Just package them with boxes/ribbon in your wedding colors to tie it all together visually. This site has excellent favors/packaging:

We had a fall wedding and gave out caramel apples for the favors. The apples came in those not-so-attractive clear plastic containers so we dressed them up by using a heart hole punch to punch holes in both top corners. Then we made a card with nice paper that said thank you and the wedding date and attached it with ribbons through the heart holes. It ended up looking pretty nice. We got lots of compliments on them. :)

I got married in November and purchased my wedding favors from davidsbridal.com.
They were small wood picture frames with leaves imprinted on the frame. Inside, we wrote "Thank you for sharing this special day with us, Love...".
This served as a thank you, as well as something they could take and use again.

My husband and I gave our guests CDs of our favorite music. We didn't use traditional wedding music at the ceremony, so it ended up being a nice mix. It was easy to do, and inexpensive as well!
