michael w smith's "i will be here"? we used that for our wedding dance though.
the songs we used during our ceremony were sung by female artists (stacie orrico and jaci velasquez).
oh! you could go with "the prayer". we didn't use it in our wedding though... but we have it in our wedding video during the wedding vow scenes. i know it's a duet... but there are versions that are sung by a male singer only.

God Blessed the Broken Road - I know it was originally by Rascall Flatts, but it is now played on the Christian station...very appropriate for a weeding, I think!
