It really depends on your relationship. If you aren't that close with him then going up to him and confess your love for him and ask for it return then it might not go down that well.
Spend more time with him and be subtle, just be yourself, show love through your actions, be kind, try kissing him at the appropriate moment etc. Love is something that should be volunteered, not asked for. Wait for him to tell you. If he doesn't, then its just too bad.

No, you should not approach him directly.That's what I'd done &now i regret! It really doesn't sound good4a girl2 propose a guy! The guy will do nothing but run away from you...he'll start avoiding you which will hurt u a lot.
If he's your friend, then you can just make out from his behavior what does he feel about you or you can tell your common friend2tell him that you like him.In this way, your friendship will be affected.
And if you dont know him, then 1st try2make him your friend.Then be a person whom he can love....adore...do what he likes&one fine day, you'll find him coming to you or-else you can approach him.
But dont propose untill he knows you.

No, you don't want to act like a lost puppy. Say it during a fun and happy time, when you are both laughing. Just say, sometimes I think I love you. He won't reciprocate immediately. For a man, things have to sink in. We are not quick reactionaries.
Later though, he will, if he means it, say I love you back, in the same casual manner.
Please don't pressure the subject. Just let it all be and eventually you will both be in the fog of love and make everyone around you sick.

no dont ask him bcuz he will tell u what u want to hear. plan something that he will have to prove to you that he loves you. get a guy friend to act like hes gonna hit you or something and make sure ur bf is around. if he loves you he'll take up for you!! its worth a try
