Hi Folks,
I seem to be in a position of judgement as to get the caterers to to provide either S&K pie, or pudding, for a club meeting next weekend.

I shall therefore, as I have said to them, take a National Concensus, and abide by the majority.
Such is democracy.
I am voting the pudding party myself, preceded by a thick veg soup, and followed by a sherry trifle. Oh, cheese board and all that, but.

What some 50 folks will eat on the 24th is in your hands.

Bon appetite, I hope !

Bob.

I'd definitely go for S/K pudding;it's my all time favourite meal. Not sure if I'd go for thick veg soup first as it is soooo filling that I'd not have room to eat the sherry trifle, which I also love. Have a great night x

Pudding definitely, if I have been out buying shoes, I get round my husband by cooking a a lovely steamed suet steak and kidney pud. I am not sure about sherry trifle. I think after that pudding perhaps a lemon Ice-cream with strawberries.

Pudding, definitely - it's a bit more unusual nowadays. Not sure the ladies will be so happy - very fattening (but who cares occasionally)!

i would say pudding - but it has to be made properly and steamed slowly, and i would definately serve with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, with potatoes and gravy.

YUMMY!!!
