Well, it's hard too answering that, but maybe Foxwoods in CT, the biggest in the world, so you might be OK with that one. Many casinos in Vegas, California are great. It all depend on what you're up to, and you are really looking for.
Has a poker player I personally suggest: The BELLAGIO in Vegas. Beautiful place, top service, high limit games......A dream.

It depends what you like. It's like asking what is the best car? There are many huge casinos in America, some have great poker rooms, some have great attractions, some have world class food, some have lots of roulette tables, some have loose slots, some have the best night clubs in the region.
So it really depends what you like.
