Last time I checked you can lighten only with products that have ammonia or peroxide! Why can you not dye it? If it is for personal reasons that is cool. If someone told you that you can not dye it that is not true.
"Sun-in" will ruin your hair and it is worse that any color line out there. The makers of the "sun-in" product have even admitted this. and lemon juice will really dry it out.
Leave that stuff alone.

There is no other way to lighten black hair to blonde other than bleaching, i.e. or dye/hair color.
You can try lemon juice and go out in the sun, but it will lighten it only slightly. You can also try peroxide but it can damage your hair, this will also lighten but only slightly unless you apply multiple times and it will take alot of applications in the same areas which will dry out and damage your hair.
Do not go to a beauty supply and get the products and do it yourself! You should only have a licensed professional use those products on your hair.

The best way to lighten black hair is to bleach it with a 40 volume peroxide, and then put a cool toner on it to tone down the orange color it comes up to. Condition heavily afterwards to avoid drying out and breakage.

If you mean how do you color black hair blond, you may not be able to. It's best to go to a colorist for this. You'll need a two step process, one to remove as much pigement as process, and the other to dye the hair a natural blond color. Clairol's website includes info on this, but you may only be able to get it light brown or dark blond.

IF YOU MEANT BLACK HAIR, THE ONLY THING THAT WILL LIGHTEN IT IS HAIR BLEACH. YOU CAN FIND IT AT SALLY'S HAIR SUPPLY STORES . THEY HAVE LOTS OF STYLES OF BLEACH , THE MAIN INGREDIENT THAT YOU HAVE TO ADD IN IS PEROXIDE AND THAT CAN BE FOUND AT THIS STORE ALSO. I WOULD SAY ASK THE EMPLOYEES AT THE STORE TO HELP TELL YOU THE BEST WAY TO USE THEM, AND MAYBE EVEN THE EASIEST WAY ALSO.
