The CDRB10 is an auxiliary input adapter for Pioneer head units, and it's about as simple as it can get. It consists of a box with two RCA plugs, and a cable with a Pioneer P-Bus plug on the end. All you have to do is plug the P-Bus plug into the P-Bus port on the back of your head unit. The P-Bus port is the square, blue plug. Then connect whatever device you're trying to listen to into the RCA plugs. Finally, you'll have to go into the function menu on the Pioneer head unit and turn on the "AUX" function, or it won't let you select the auxiliary source.

If your asking how to connect an adapter for the factory harness to the aftermarket harness, then you match wire colors. Use crimp style butt connectors.

If you don't have the adapter harness, you can one from here http://www.metraonline.com to fit your vehicle.
